Depending on where your property is located how many bedrooms,bathrooms and kind of view the apartment has. We can give you an estimate of what your property can possibly earn annually.
What fees will I pay ?
Regarding all the fees which will apply. Our team of specialists will gladly give you all the information you‘ll need in an online or personal meeting.
How do I get a short-let license in Malta?

We have all the up-to-date information and know exactly what steps you need to take to get your license as quickly as possible.
From paperwork to submission, we’ll guide you through the entire process and help you with everything. You won’t have to figure it out on your own.
Who is most likely to rent my apartment?
The most likely to rent are normally family’s or people between 20-60 years old. Regarding nationality these are mostly French, English, Italian or Spanish speaking people.
Do you also handle emergencies?
Yes – our service covers everything, including emergencies.
Middle of the night and your guest has a problem? We handle it.
Guest has a special request or needs assistance? We take care of it.
You don’t have to do a thing – we’re always available to make sure your guests are looked after and your property is in good hands.
Who pays if something gets damaged in my apartment?
No worries – we handle the entire damage claim process for you.
If anything gets damaged during a guest’s stay, we take care of it through the booking platform’s protection programs (like Airbnb or Booking.com). These platforms cover damages related to confirmed bookings.
